i am That - practice

at its core, “You are That” is the heart of all non-dual teachings, including Kashmir Shaivism, Advaita Vedanta, and even whispered through mystical poetry across time.

In Sanskrit, it’s:

Tat Tvam Asi (तत् त्वम् असि)

One of the great Mahāvākyas (great sayings) from the Upanishads.
It means:

“You are That which you seek."
"You are That infinite, formless, radiant Consciousness."
"You are not separate.”

💔 We live as if we are small…

We grow up thinking:

  • I am this body.

  • I am this name.

  • I am my thoughts, my wounds, my roles, my doubts.

We chase love, success, God, peace—as if they’re out there somewhere.
As if we’re missing something.

But Kashmir Shaivism (and these deep inner paths) gently, fiercely say:

“You were never broken.
You were never apart.
You are the very essence of everything.
You are That.”

🔥 That = What?

That = Paramashiva
The infinite awareness, beyond name and form, from which everything arises.
The stillness before thought.
The power behind breath.
The One that moves the stars and sits silently behind your eyes.

And not only are you a part of it—you are it.

Just like a wave is not separate from the ocean.
You’re not a fragment—you’re the whole, appearing as this unique expression.

🧘🏽‍♀️ you just need to start remembering

Peel back the layers, the conditioning, the fear—and start living from that place inside that already knows.

When you taste it, even for a second—during breath, dance, stillness, heartbreak—you’ll know.

It’s not about believing.
It’s about experiencing.
