this page would evolve as i understand myself more and balance my curiosities, intuition and deliberate action

anatomy of a week:

spend most days at home, minimal external input

once or twice a week:

  • dress cute and head to a cafe for some writing/reading while enjoying a cup of chai ( or as they call it chai latte ). later walk to the beach and listen to the sound of the waves
  • chai dates with a new or old friend

go out dancing once in 2/3 weeks

anatomy of a day:

for an hour or two:

  • chai and morning/evening pages
  • talk freely to camera for an hour, edit and upload right away.
  • unstructured learning, curiosity driven exploration
  • organizing, sorting and developing the ideas and notes on the daily pages when you are in work mode, but not fully feeling it
  • do nothing and get bored more often
  • follow the voice to say yes, follow the voice to say no
  • midnight cravings; record and share on youtube on the days you feel like. don’t record or share on the days you don’t feel like.
  • slowly build a practice to become stronger in your body. start showing up for the health of your future self.
